All the units at the T.A. Bryson Motors building are recently built or completely remodeled and provide professional five-star kitchens with high-end stainless-steel appliances and are fully equipped to cook any delicacies by the most professional of chefs.
All our rooms have triple-sheeted beds for comfort along with flat screen, wall-mounted smart TV’s. With ample notice, twin bedded rooms can be joined to make a King bed. Each unit has a pull-out sofa for flexible sleeping arrangements.
The middle floor units have an open area design with kitchen, dining, and living areas overflowing onto each other, which look out through large windows that allow plenty of natural light.
The rooftop garden terrace overlooks the city skyline and can be booked for private functions with ample notice. The terrace has outdoor furniture for your use and enjoyment as well as art and a gas firepit. All the rentals can enjoy the garden terrace. There’s also a small prep-kitchen and outdoor grill. Enjoy the cool evenings while looking up at the night sky.
There is an elevator available that is accessible from the basement garage or the main foyer to each floor including the rooftop garden terrace.
The property is secure with programmed keylock systems for guests and authorized staff only. With safety in mind, we also have surveillance in all the common areas, not in the units themselves.
Technology is never overlooked. The locks and thermostats communicate with our reservation system providing comfort and security prior to and after arrival. We even have Alexa Echos in each unit that is programmed via Virtual Concierge Services, which will help answer most questions you may have whether it be the rental, the weather, or even Savannah.
